WELCOME TO REVELINLUXURY VILLA NO 1.
The villa offers you a unique place to spend your holiday, a chance to escape and to savour real Spanish life in LA MANGA.
Our Beautiful large 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse with a very large communal pool is less than a 2 minute walk to the beautiful popular blue flag beach of Playa Paraiso on the Mar Manor.
Located just 100 meters from the crystal clear waters and sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, ARE OUR TWO bright and spacious modern four bedroomed townhouse's. They are on a small, but well equipped complex, making them ideally situated to explore the delights of the Mar Menor and the surrounding areas. These include a large national park, a number of fabulous championship golf courses located at the famous La Manga Country Club, Polaris World and the new Hacienda del Alamo 5* golf resorts. In addition to this, there are a further 26 golf courses along the coast. Therapeutic mud baths, some of the best restaurants available, and salt lakes where flamingos are often sighted also feature as attractions. The location is quite central to a lot of villages and cities for that crucial shopping trip, a meal out or just to get a taste of the historic flavour of the area. Locations include San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, Los Nietos, los Belenos, Playa Honda, Cabo de Palos, La Manga, Cartagena, and Murcia.
THE ENTRANCE
The sea view from the master bedroom balcony. It shows just how close the beach is and it is really less than a 2 minute walk from either house.
On entering the large lockable gates there is a front garden/drive with room to place either a secondary car or it is an ideal area for the children to play safely, eating and dining as we have a very lager stone BBQ. To the rear of the drive there is a shaded patio area that seats 8 people with an adjustable awning for extra shade. It's an ideal place to sit at the end of the day and have a drink and play cards. There is also a storage area with dinghy's, inflatables, beach umbrellas, children’s spades, bats and ball etc. So you will not need to take any with you as we now have a wide selection.
The house has only two steps at the front door. With a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a downstairs bathroom complete with shower cubicle all on one level, it makes the house suitable for people with wheelchairs but is not designed specifically for disabled people. But there is plenty of room to get around as the house is very spacious.
THE DOWNSTAIRS
Living/Dinning Room.
On entering the door you view the spacious living / dinning room. It has hot and cold air conditioning plus a very large ceiling fan to keep you cool on the very long hot summer days!.
The living / dinning room benefits from two large sofas, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a dinning room table that extends to seat eight people; Enjoy your viewing with our 42" flat screen TV, sky TV with some English channel's, DVD / video, stereo, board games, chess, cards and plenty of storage space!!
Broadband Internet
We have had Wi-Fi broadband installed into both our houses. So for a small charge of £25 or 30 euro per week per house, you can keep in touch with the world. Keep up to date with what’s happening at work or email your friends and keep the kids happy on MSN / Facebook or Twitter. After you have made the payment for the Wi-Fi you will be given the code to access, the Wi-Fi code will be changed each time if you book again.

The kitchen is completely separate and is fully equipped with the following.

The Ground Floor Bedroom
The ground floor bedroom, offers two single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, large ceiling fan and large built in wardrobes.
Downstairs Shower Room
Downstairs also offers a toilet complete with shower cubicle, wash basin with large mirror and storage space.
The Back Patio Area.
The utility area leads off of the back door and has a washing machine, water boiler and washing lines with pegs. We have now installed a dish washer to make you stay more comfortable.
There is also a patio table and seating for 8 people, providing a private dining area with a BBQ. Alternatively, you can use this space for sun bathing if you want to!! There is also an outside shower in the back patio which is ideal for when you come in from the beach or swimming pool. There is a tap on the wall in the front garden, ideal for washing the sand off from the beach, or just to cool you down, or to give the plants a nice cold drink (please)
THE VILLA UPSTAIRS
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom benefits from a king size double bed with two bedside cabinets. There are very large fitted wardrobes and a large chest of draws for lots of storage; a large mirror and a safe for security.
This is the beautiful sea view from the Master bedroom front balcony. There is seating on the balcony so what better way to end a hot day than with this view, Where you can have a nice drink and alfresco dining!.
The 3/4 Bedrooms
You enter the 3rd bedroom to get to the 4th bedroom as shown in the photo. There is air conditioning and a very large ceiling fan to keep you cool. There are twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and adult bunk beds in the 4th bedroom and sliding doors that separate both the rooms with a curtain for privacy. Both rooms easily sleep 4 children or 4 adults. There are very large fitted wardrobes all along the far wall with lots of storage space you can also use under the beds if needed. There are 2 sets of large chest of draws, a 19" TV and a Sony Play Station 2 with some games and 1 controller.
The Upstairs Bathroom
The large upstairs bathroom has a full bathroom suite, and a full size bath with a power shower. It includes a vanity unit with lots of storage space, bidet and hair dryer, Note: all hand and bath towels are supplied; not Beach Towels.

Communal Swimming Pool
The complex has a large gated communal swimming pool with separate child play area. The pool area also benefits from sunshades and showers.
The beautiful blue flag beach is less than a 2 minute walk away from either house.

Extra Services: For families with small children
You have enough to think about already, so we have a travel cot, high chair and push chair for you to use and at no extra cost to you.
We can also arrange a welcome pack for those of you that might be on a late flight. Airport transfers at very low rates can also be arranged, they are 35 euro per car each way from Murcia airport with an insured driver.
You do also need to pay a cleaning fee on your arrival to the agent that meets you at the house, its 55 euro for up to 6 people and then there is an extra charge of 10 euro per person up to 8 people. This is for the clean and the washing at the end of your stay.

SPORTS CENTRE
A new sports centre is now open. Its just a 2 min walk away from the houses, with a bar, cafe, football, tennis, paddle tennis, gym, jacuzzi, and petanque.
The houses are just 15/20 minutes from San Javier Airport (Murcia) and fifty-five minutes from Alicante Airport. Many budget airlines fly to the area with many a bargain flight to be had! Transport to and from the house can be arranged if required at a small charge (paid straight to the property agent on arrival). The local area is well serviced by buses to all major towns. This area is very flat and ideal for cycling or walking, it is also very good for wheel chair access.
