This villa offers you a unique place to spend your holiday, a chance to escape and to savour Spanish life in LA MANGA. Our Beautiful large 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse with a very large communal pool is less than a 2minute walk to the beautiful popular beach of Playa Paraio.
THE ENTRANCE
On entering the large lockable gates there is a front garden/drive with room to place either a secondary car or it's an ideal area for the children to play safely. To the rear of the drive there is a shaded patio area that seats 8 people. It's an ideal place to sit at the end of the day and have a drink and play cards or just enjoy the sea views. There is also a very large stone BBQ for outside dinning. Please clean the BBQ after use and before you leave the villas. There is also a storage area with a few inflatables, beach umbrellas, children?s spades, bats and ball etc. So you will not need to take any with you as we have a small selection. You are still welcome to bring your own though.
The house has only two steps at the front door. With a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a downstairs bathroom complete with shower cubicle all on one level, it makes the house suitable for people with wheelchairs but is not designed specifically for disabled people. But there is plenty of room to get around as the house is very spacious.
THE HOUSE DOWN STAIRS
The Living / Dinning room
On entering the door you view the spacious living / dinning room it has hot and cold air conditioning plus very large ceiling fans to keep you cool on the very long hot summer days!.
The living / dinning room benefits from two large sofas, and a dinning room table that seat eight people. There is now a very large 42" flat screen tv, we have sky tv with most english channel's. A dvd / video, stereo, board games, chess, cards and plenty of storage space!!
Broadband
We have had broadband installed into both our houses. So for a small charge of 25 euor per week payable on arrival to the agent unless arranged otherwise with the owners. Once paid for you will be given a code to access the wifi. You can now keep in touch with the outside world or keep your family and friends. Or work from the houses. You can also keep the kids happy on MSN, Facebook and Twitter.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is Completely seperated and is fully equipped with the following:
Large four ringed hob
Electrical oven complete with grill
Extraction fan
Large fridge / freezer
Toaster / kettle
Microwave / combination oven
Ceiling fan
Granite worktops
Large stainless steel sink / drainer
Cooking utensils
Iron and ironing board. Plus we have installed dishwashers in both villas to make life even easier for you holiday.
The Downstairs Bedroom
The ground floor bedroom, offers two single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, large ceiling fan and large built in wardrobes.
The Downstairs Shower Room
Downstairs also offers a toilet complete with walk in shower cubicle, wash basin with large mirror and storage space.
The Outside Back Patio Area
The utility area leads off of the back door and has a washing machine, outside basin and shower, water boiler and washing lines with peg's.
There is also a patio table and seating for 8 people, providing a private dinning area with a BBQ. Alternatively, you can use this space for sun bathing if you want to!! There is also an outside shower which is ideal for when you come in from the beach or swimming pool. There is a tap on the wall in the front garden, ideal for washing the sand off from the beach, or just to cool yourselves down, or to give the plants a nice cold drink (please)!!
UP STAIRS:
The Master Bedroom
The fantastic sea view from the master bedroom.
There are very large fitted wardrobes all along the far wall, with lots of storage space, a large chest of draw's, Plus a safe. Please do NOT change the code on the safe. We also have a large mirror.
The 3/4 bedroom
You enter the 3rd bedroom to get to the 4th bedroom, there are adult bunk beds in the 4th bedroom and doors that separate both the rooms with a curtain for privacy. Both rooms easily sleep 4 children or 4 adults. There are very large fitted wardrobes all along the far wall, with lots of storage space, a large chest of draw's, 19" tv and a sony play station 2 with some games and 1 controller. Please ask for the controller and games on arrival. Or you are welcoeme to take your own.
The Upstairs Bathroom
The large upstair's bathroom, has a full bathroom suite, and a full size bath with a power shower, vanity unit with lots of storage space, a hair dryer, and all hand and bath towels are supplied!! Note: Not Beach Towels.
The houses are just 20 minutes from San Javier Airport (Murcia) and fifty-five minutes from Alicante Airport.
Many budget airlines fly to the area with many a bargain flight to be had! Transport to and from the house can be arranged if required at a small charge (Paid straight to the property agent on arrival). The local area is well serviced by buses to all major towns. This area is very flat and ideal for cycling or walking, it is also very good for wheel chair access.
EXTRAS
For families with small children
You have enough to think about already, so we have a travel cot, high chair and push chair for you to use and at no extra cost to you.
We can also arrange welcome pack for those of you that would like one or if you might be on a late flight, you would need to pay the agent for this on you arrival.
The Pool and The Beach
The beach can get very busy! and the pool is open all day.
