There are no hidden charges, so all you need to do is forget all your troubles and relax! Price includes villa for 1 week, with the following services:
· Bed linen and towels provided. (Not beach towels)
· Services of English speaking villa manager's.
· Cleaning of the villa will cost an additional 55 euros per stay, to be paid directly to the management agent on arrival. For 2 week bookings or more an additional clean (to include fresh bed linen) can be arranged by you. This would cost an additional 55 euro per clean. This is to be paid to the agent by you on arrival.
· Includes all utility bills.
· Back to Back Bookings: The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure and will be ready at 4pm for those on arrival unless pre arranged otherwise with the owner permission.
· Car hire is highly recommended. If you do not hire a car from the airport, we advise you to take a driving licence just in case you would like to hire a car in La Manga; just in case you would like to see more of the surrounding area, as its very beautiful !!.
Always carry your driving license and be aware that drink driving carries very heavy penalties in Spain.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We strongly recommend that travel insurance with full cancellation cover is taken out in case of any cancellation by either party and as your belongings left in the house are not covered by Revelinnluxury or our insurance policy.
1) To secure a booking 25% is required as a non-refundable booking deposit. Also required is a £100 security deposit, which will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure on the proviso that the house is left clean, tidy and undamaged with all contents present and intact at the end of your stay. The house will be inspected on your departure and any breakages or damage must be reported and paid for before leaving.
2) Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and booking are lost.
4) Should you decide to cancel after full payment then the table below will be used.
5) All refunds of monies paid are totally at the discretion of the property owner.
6) A charge of £10 will be levied for late payment reminders.
The hirer is responsible for the property during the hire period and expected to take all reasonable care of it and leave the property in the condition they found it i.e. Clean and Tidy and all rubbish must be taken to the bin store on site
If any small items are broken, e.g. cups or glasses whilst you are at the property, please could you replace with similar for the next guests.
The accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure
(alternative times by special arrangement may be possible if you are not on a back to back booking).
If you are on a later flight. To save you lugging suit cases around they can be left on the driveway of the property, if pre arranged, but Revelinluxury will not be held responsable if anything happens to them.
Accommodation provided is for use of the named rental clients only as listed on the booking form and may not be added to or sub-let.
Details of our address and key collection and directions to the villa from your airport will be posted or emailed to you once the final payment has been received. Or if pre arranged with us they can be collected from our agent
(who lives on site: their address will be supplied at the same time)
Accommodation: is no smoking in the house, only in the garden's Please!!.
Sorry no pets allowed unless pre arranged with the owner permission.
Additional instructions for late check in:
We are flexible on the start / finish dates so long as their is enough time for a full house clean by our agent. Please check the availability Notes, and the rental rates.
The property is prepared for you on arrival. Beds will be made up and towels for your use within the house will be provided.
A welcome pack can be arranged to make it easier for your arrival, which can be very handy if you are on a late flights. And is at an extra cost to you. If you would like any particular items bought before you arrive this can be arranged with our management agent (i.e eggs/bacon cheese or wine). Can you please pay the agent for the items on arrival as they arrange the pack and not us.
If you are staying for 2 weeks or more then a mid stay clean and change of linen can be arranged on request, at an extra cost to you. You can phone or email us with any extra requirements.
A bond of £100 is required which will be given back at the end of your stay if the property is left in the condition it was leased in.
Please note flights and insurances are not included with the booking. Whilst their is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance you are strongly advised you do arrange suitable cover.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking of the property along with a completed booking form. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date a payment for the total rental is required. Prices quoted are for weekly rentals only. Long term lets will be considered, depending on availability and we can arrange a great discount for 4 weeks or more.
We are already taking bookings for next year! Dont miss out on the best dates!! Just a 25% deposit will secure you a holiday of a life time in our beautiful house. Right by the beach/sea and with a large gated pool with childs play area thats open all day.
If you are retired and wish to escape the cold winter weather why not consider renting either one of our two townhouse's for 1 or 2 months etc.
We can offer you generous discount for monthly rentals from November to March.
